Sydneyside’s site asks architects and renovators for a brief on every page.

Sydneyside Contracting had a new brand from Fortem Media, and an old website they found slow. The new site had to get architects and people planning a luxury renovation to send a brief, with past projects as proof.

The live home page, recorded in 2026, with hero footage from Sydneyside’s original film.

Sydneyside’s Ocean Rd project page on desktop: a house among palms and native garden, titled ‘Ocean Rd’ and ‘Palm Beach’.The same Ocean Rd page on a phone, with the title stacked over the photo.
A project page on desktop and phone. Each new project takes this layout.
The ‘Our Projects’ grid on Sydneyside’s home page: six project photos with their names and suburbs, and an ‘Explore Our Projects’ button.
Home shows 6 featured projects, picked with a switch in the site’s editor.
Sydneyside’s contact page on navy: ‘Let’s bring your vision to life’ beside the full enquiry form, from name and phone to budget and timeline.
The full form, on Contact only: project type, location, budget and timeline.

Three decisions

  1. A short form on every page, and the full one on Contact.

Too many fields put people off, and too few bring vague briefs.

  2. Sydneyside or Fortem can add a project without touching the layout.

The brief asked for that. Fortem had added a project itself by 17 July 2026.

  3. The logo opens over the film, then settles into the menu.

The client pointed to a hero film and a logo leading into video.
